Success! Our CQC report

We are absolutely delighted to announce that our latest Quality Care Commission report was a success. We received an overall ‘good’ rating which means we met all of the care standards and legal obligations required, that no improvements were needed and that our clients and carers can be assured that our service is not only safe but high quality as well.

This was a full inspection of our business and it’s operation which usually occurs every three years.

We should mention that many care service providers receive ratings that are inadequate or in need of improvement and that only 1% receive an overall ‘outstanding’ rating so it’s easy to see why we’re so proud of our achievement.

Having said that, we won’t just sit on our laurels but will always aim to improve and will continue to strive to provide the highest standards of work and quality.
