As part of our ongoing commitment to staff wellbeing, The Private Care Company is pleased to support the Cycle to Work scheme, helping our team stay active, reduce commuting costs, and make more environmentally friendly travel choices.
Through the Cyclescheme, eligible employees can spread the cost of a new bike and/or cycling accessories through monthly salary deductions. This means you could save between 25% and 39% compared to purchasing a bike outright.
The scheme is flexible and allows you to choose a package that suits your needs — whether you’re cycling daily to work, combining cycling with public transport, or simply looking to improve your overall fitness. Accessories such as helmets, lights, locks, and safety equipment can also be included.
