Senior Care Assistants

Requirements

You will need a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification and have relevant experience working in a care environment. You will also need a clean UK driving licence insured for business.

Rate

£124.60 per day (7am – 7pm)
£24,876 per annum (pro rata)

Working Hours

46 hours per week (four x 12 hour shifts)

Your responsibilities will include covering care calls, on-duty phone cover, assisting the care manager and supporting care assistants and office administration. We will provide fully funded Health and Social Care Diplomas (Levels 3/4 and 5), structured shift patterns with alternate working weekends, a carer’s parking badge, petrol allowance and monthly incentive schemes.

 

Live-in Care Assistants

Requirements

You will need at least six months of previous experience working as a live-in care assistant or in a residential, care, or nursing home setting and excellent communication skills.

Rate

£689.92 for a single person care package plus holiday pay

Working Hours

Shifts are normally 07:00 – 21:00 or 08:00 – 22:00 with a two-hour unpaid break during each shift. You will be required to sleep at the client’s home between each assignment.

Your responsibilities will include supporting and encouraging clients with personal and practical tasks and accompanying them to activities and appointments. You will also need to manage your own workload and regularly use our care app to document events. We will provide you with a dedicated care manager who knows both you and your client. Our central office will be available to support you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

 

Care Assistants with bicycles

Requirements

You will need your own bicycle. Care-related experience with qualifications is preferred but not essential.

Rate

£10.40 per hour plus paid holidays

Working Hours

7am – 7pm

Your responsibilites will include supporting and encouraging clients with personal and practical tasks while promoting their independence and dignity. We will provide guaranteed hours, payment for cancelled calls, structured routes with clustered calls and no dreaded 15 minute calls.

 

Morning Care Assistants who can drive

Requirements

You will need a clean, full UK driving license and car. Care-related experience with qualifications is preferred but not essential.

Fixed Shift Rate

£60 per shift plus £5 for petrol and paid holidays

(Rate circa per annum – Three shifts per week: £9,360 / Four shifts per week: £12,480 / Five shifts per week: £15,600)

Working Hours

7am – 1pm

Your responsibilites will include supporting and encouraging clients with personal and practical tasks while promoting their independence and dignity. We will provide guaranteed hours, payment for cancelled calls, a carers’ parking badge plus, structured routes with clustered calls and no dreaded 15 minute calls.
