Become a nationally certified care assistant with The Private Care Company and begin a rewarding career in care!

Our training starts every two weeks and begins with a two-day initial induction. This is followed by a 12-week programme to complete the Care Certificate, a nationally recognised qualification that sets out fundamental skills you’ll need to work competently in health and social care.

Our training is done in-house which means The Private Care Company becomes a familiar, friendly place for employees. It also means we can tailor the course specifically to our needs with tried and tested content, and with experienced and carefully selected trainers. Additionally, we have access to further free training if you want to become more specialised in a particular subject.

The Private Care Company not only covers the cost of your training, it also gives you £150 on successful completion of it. During the course, we also provide support and supervision as well as work shadowing to strengthen your confidence and client-readiness. Not only that, but we offer ongoing training, career progression and a supportive management team.
