We offer great pay and friendly, flexible working conditions. Set shifts are available for two, three, four or five days per week though we do require you to be able to work one weekend day. We also have availability for evenings. Set care routes are established with consistency of calls and clients.

We have a one-hour minimum call and also cluster the calls so that you have minimal travel time between clients. Uniquely, we also offer guaranteed pay for cancellations, an allowance for petrol (for some routes) and quarterly performance-related bonuses.

Additionally, we provide both initial and refresher training as well as funding for the Health and Social Care Diplomas Levels 2 – 5.
