Health and Wellbeing Voucher – Monthly Staff Recognition

At The Private Care Company, we believe it’s important to recognise and reward care assistants who go above and beyond in their roles.
Each month, we offer the opportunity to receive a Health and Wellbeing Voucher as a thank-you to those who make a significant positive difference to their clients, colleagues, or managers through exceptional care, support, or teamwork.
If you believe you — or one of your colleagues — deserves special recognition, we’d love to hear from you.
How to Submit a Nomination
Please email your nomination to:

Include:
- The name of the person you are nominating
- A short explanation of why they deserve recognition
- Examples of how they have made a positive impact
How the Scheme Works
- The scheme runs from the first to the last day of every month
- The selected recipient will be announced by email on the third business day of the following month
- Health and wellbeing vouchers can be collected from The Private Care Company office
